Before moving to Nevada, Brown ran for office in Texas, where he supported the ban that had the toughest restrictions in the country. Then Brown ran a local anti-abortion group that tried to ban abortion in Nevada. Now he’s lying and trying to hide his true position. But we know the truth – Brown said his anti-abortion position was “non-negotiable” for him.

- Brown was caught on tape saying he “admires” an extreme, MAGA plan that would phase out Social Security and Medicare in just five years, calling it a “roadmap for a better America.” Brown has also publicly supported plans that would force massive cuts to Social Security and Medicare benefits.
- Brown supports a plan to eliminate the Department of Education, which would cause massive cuts to Nevada schools even though funding for public education in Nevada is already close to the lowest in the country while its schools rank among the worst in the nation.
- Brown wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act, even though this would take health insurance away from over 360,000 Nevadans. If Brown has his way, insurance companies would be allowed, once again, to charge older Americans thousands of dollars more and deny coverage to patients with pre-existing conditions like asthma, diabetes, and cancer.
